This waiting time is not reasonable. They need to use a decent shipper like UPS the whole way and stop using this Chinese middle hand carrier using these ship containers that takes ages and gets stuck in customs..

Still no updates for me. Stuck in "label created" since March 28. The vendor is only giving me vague arguments about delays at customs.

I'm interested. The tracking number has not been updated for 23 days. Is this normal or is the package lost? Not sure what to tell ya only Sino can explain that. Maybe the 1st doll was completely ultra soft- which is probably why it got damaged easily during shipping hence being softer.
