I find excess powder fades away over a day or 2 with normal use. Normal use in my case is: dressing her, undressing, sleeping in bed with her, frequent touching. Or sex of course. Yes our doll (RD2 2014) seems to ooze a slight amount of oil particularly from the soles of her feet its noticeable when she is placed on hard surfaces which can make our floors really slippery.
