A couple things....
First, of all the faces, I feel this is the most beautiful.
Second, meet at a walmart and you'll be able to find a place to do the exchange.

In fact, from the neck up, wrist done and ankles down, some look just as nice as the high end dolls.
IOW, the hands, face and feet.
Now, if dressed in clothing and shoes that cover where the seams meet, they look pretty damn good.
The faces of the dolls especially the oriental are very pretty.
