I have a broken joint in my JM Luna doll at the lower end of the back. I have some joints that JM sent me years ago but want to make sure it is the same type of joint before I go cutting her open. Does any of have a clear picture of this joint or the entire skeleton?

I actually did buy another smaller 100 cm one due to the weight of the first one. Still very heavy for trying to bath her. I try to avoid using the joints so the same thing doesnt happen...hoping its a better skeleton. Actually got one on ali express for cheap and very satisfied.

My 1AM doll from 10 or so years back has all her joints come very loose, so she is like a floppy rag doll. i had cut open one hp joint and tightened it up many years ago when it unscrewed itself. Do others send their dolls somewhere to have them fixed or just live with it.

thanks.. it helped a little , but it seems like the grease soaked into the silicone and stained it....any ideas?

Just got my parts from JM Dolls and opened her up...turns out that nothing was broke...the set screws just came loose and it separated the lower hip joint...too bad i cut the silicone up by the upper joint.....anyone know what i can use to clean the gray grease of the skin that is all over the insid...

This has come up before. Last I knew J-suntech buys from Jinsan and other Chinese factories as well as manufactures there own dolls. I'm not sure what doll you're looking at that they have but you can probably find what your looking for at a lower price with a TDF vendor and you're sure to get an O...

just talked with JM on Skype and they are sending me the parts and sent me images of the skeleton and repair

i appreciate the offer, but don't have the money to spare for shipping. Is there a chance that the hip just came apart and isn't actually broken?

Send them a p.m you need to cut her open in the hip area and send photos. Their English isn't good. A picture of the needed parts over p.m then email will yield quick results. You wouldn't happen to have an extra head for her available for a Luna would you? Remove the parts and lay them out, take p...

i emailed JM and asked for a replacement joint. They never replied and have not seen any joints in the mailbox..How have others got their joints from JM?

any idea what the hip joint looks like and how to get one?

Is your doll a jm Luna? Mine is about to lose fingers if I don't make some repairs soon. I was going to use Permatex RTV silicone, and it was suggested that I inject it into her fingers as much as possible where the wires are. I imagine you could do something similar if the finger is completely rip...
