I don't think you have to. I've tried this before with my 150cm old skeleton and it can stay in place just well. The stitching was only needed to prevent her from having some unaboob effect. I wonder what implants those are, though. I was thinking of replacing Akyu's breasts with some softer implants.

Is the insert hole large enough to take a fleshlight case? If so you could seal the endcap and permanently install it. It seems to fit for the Fleshlight Blade. The normal one is still too big.
