Would this work with something different? Years ago, I ended up with some Ecoflex 00-20 silicone rubber compound which looks like it's best used for making moulds. I don't think using that would be the best idea as it might be too rigid.

Is there anything else you might suggest?

Seriously, I've got a second-hand CoolPix 5400 and a brand-new Z5.

For years, I've used T-pins to hold the wigs in place. Thanks to fellow TDF member Capt_B for the tip.

SilPoxy is available at places like art supply houses. A tube lasts me at least a year. As for Permatex, stores that sell hardware or automotive supplies would be a good place to start.
