I did not see options for a gel or soft ass cheeks. It is a firmer density material but certainly not too hard like some silicone can be. It is a toned normal feeling when pressed on.

Note the slight lines across the buttocks and around the pussy area are because of the mold used to make the toy - not from damage or use. Just part of the design process from the factory. The skin surface also has many tiny dimples and bumps too.
