What exactly are you trying to glue/ fill? A cut / tear in a doll or gluing in a TPE insert? Just gathering information at the moment. For high stress repairs it's clear that RTV Silicone doesn't hold as a glue, however for low stress, waterproofing, plugging holes, things like that then RTV Silico...
