Wow... Zombification! What a great internet tradition! Thank-you, LadyPeridot for digging this thread out of the depths of the distant past. So many familiar names and personalities that have now vanished into the mists. Only six years and yet, so much has happened. Thank-you SpiritfireM for t...

Re: A google map guestbook on TDF for users? Yes no?

I tend to have mixed feelings about interactive cybermaps. I've personally known two people who were burglarized when an overzealous cybermap alerted criminals to their comings and goings. Re: Are you still using Internet Explorer?

I use IE9 on a 64 bit machine running Windows 7 Pro, and it works well. Yep. Same here. I've used (and even installed on this machine) FireFox, Chrome, and Safari, but have yet to be deeply impressed with any of them. Kaspersky keeps me safe and keeps me from bringing in unwanted guests to the Doll...

Re: P.I.B. on T.V.

I think ya'll have missed the most important aspect of the PIB appearance in this episode: it was treated as completely normal. That is a remarkable cultural statement. No one in the episode, none of the cops, none of the co-workers, took any special notice of her. When the owner came home, he treat...

Re: Midiman's Journey - British Newspaper "Sun" Article & Ot

Even though it was less than flattering, I think I prefer the Closer article because it is the most complete. I hope you get the documentary finished sooner rather than later! You can definitely put me down on the list of those waiting to buy a copy.
