With proper head to body proportions: rather not.

Life sized is around 150 cm and up; ~130-145 cm ist medium-sized; less than 130 cm is small/miniature sized.

Less than life-sized dolls have legal issues in many regions, so they are no longer popular as far as promotion is concerned.
